Growth Specialist (Digital Marketing)

What you will do

• Manage and optimize SEO and SEA initiatives, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Develop landing pages, calls to action, advertising assets, nurture emails, and other growth content.
• Build and manage email marketing flows, including automated, drip, transactional, and mass campaigns.
• Track conversions, campaign performance, ROI, and marketing metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Test, measure, and iterate campaigns while collaborating with Sales, Product, Design, and Leadership.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, propose practical solutions, and deliver initiatives on time and within scope.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth, advertising, or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, growth, performance channels, SEO, SEA, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
• Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Figma.
• Data-driven, analytical, organized, and able to translate insights into action.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Zapier.
• Experience using ChatGPT prompts and other available tools pragmatically.
