What you will do

• Develop new risk applications and enhance existing applications using Java.
• Design and develop distributed data-processing and calculation solutions for large datasets.
• Write and maintain complex SQL queries and work with large-scale data.
• Contribute to application and data-model design and shape the technology landscape for risk management.
• Apply Agile, DevOps, and modern software-development practices in collaboration with international business and IT teams.
• Support technology solutions that improve business processes and help meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Strong practical knowledge of Java.
• Solid SQL skills, including experience writing and understanding complex queries.
• Experience with application and data-model design.
• Practical experience with Agile software-development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in an international team.
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale databases.
• Previous experience in risk management or financial risk.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.
