Associate Director, Partnerships, Global

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid, with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Define and deliver cross-channel joint business partnership opportunities for major global clients.
• Work with strategy, account, planning, activation, measurement, creative, and client servicing teams to develop integrated investment strategies.
• Lead day-to-day management of global client partnerships, coordinating with regional and local markets.
• Build relationships with clients, media vendors, agency networks, and internal teams to drive collaboration and delivery.
• Track vendor spend and pacing against agreed partnership plans across regions and markets.
• Coordinate QBRs, partnership reviews, governance, leadership documents, case studies, and outcome tracking.

Requirements

• Experience developing, negotiating, deploying, and monitoring global joint business partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape and cross-channel media partnerships.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong coordination and organisational skills for managing complex client and agency structures.
• Ability to develop and present partnership proposals persuasively.
• Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
