Internship ESCADA Fragrances

A global beauty company with brands spanning fragrance, color cosmetics, skincare, and body care.

What you will do

• Support the launch and creation of new fragrance products.
• Prepare and follow up on briefs covering formulas, packaging, design, communication, and merchandising.
• Analyze competitors, market trends, product offers, formulas, and claims.
• Participate in product development with R&D, including formula and packaging evaluations and consumer tests.
• Monitor launches, prepare country presentations and samples, and develop point-of-sale materials and communication guidelines.
• Help organize marketing seminars, international conventions, and online brand reviews while collaborating with digital, PR, influencer marketing, and merchandising teams.

Requirements

• Business school or postgraduate student in business or marketing.
• Initial experience in global marketing for luxury fragrance, makeup, or skincare.
• Interest in the perfumes and cosmetics sector, with strong analytical and creative skills.
• Organized, rigorous, service-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple projects.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent professional English required.
