Engineering Lead (Radar)

What you will do

• Build understanding of Radar business objectives, customer value, product context, and technology direction.
• Translate strategic priorities into product outcomes, initiatives, and clear engineering context.
• Lead prioritization across epics, features, requirements, acceptance expectations, and product scope.
• Align global Radar stakeholders and Vietnam engineering teams through planning, reviews, requirement clarification, and priority discussions.
• Track progress toward product outcomes, dependencies, risks, feedback, and release-related decisions.
• Strengthen product thinking and reusable product ownership practices within Vietnam teams.

Requirements

• Experience leading engineering or product-related scope involving business priorities and technical delivery.
• Ability to balance business value, urgency, technical feasibility, quality, risk, and team capacity.
• Capability to clarify requirements, acceptance expectations, ownership, dependencies, and decision points.
• Ability to communicate decisions and rationale across global stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Ability to work in Hanoi, Vietnam.
