Advisor, Client Solutions (Fintech)

Location: Hyderabad, India; onsite role

What you will do

• Support global clients through email and calls on real-time exchange data solutions.
• Work with streaming data services, exchange data products, trading products, and contributed data.
• Configure and support AWS environments, private networks, and authentication.
• Design logs and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Apply technical QA methodology and work with RESTful APIs.
• Manage client accounts and stakeholders while collaborating independently and with the wider team.

Requirements

• 0–1 years of client-facing experience in fintech, including delivery of real-time solutions to clients.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, computer science, engineering, information systems, or an equivalent field; finance and engineering experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with stock exchanges, equity markets, capital markets, and financial data terminology.
• Basic knowledge of networking, authentication, AWS, private networks, RESTful APIs, and exchange regulations.
• Ability to learn quickly, think logically, work independently, and collaborate with a team.

Nice to have

• Intermediate knowledge and hands-on experience with Java or C#.
