Integration Analyst (EDI/3PL/API)

What you will do

• Accelerate connection lifecycles through troubleshooting, debugging, dependency management, and exploratory research.
• Own small- to medium-complexity integration projects and adapt functional strategies independently or collaboratively.
• Develop and test EDI connections, diagnose reproducible defects, and propose technical resolutions.
• Manage compliance validation across retail and trading partner environments, including EDI, 3PL, and API workflows.
• Communicate with clients, manage expectations, and coordinate escalated issues with leadership.
• Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and scalable team methodologies while meeting monthly and quarterly performance targets.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary education.
• At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience with supply chain, inventory management, EDI, or 3PL technologies and platforms.
• Technical knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, and web-based applications.
• Strong technical problem-solving, customer service, communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple connections or projects simultaneously, including medium- to large-customer engagements.
