2026 Portfolio Management Program (Finance)

Location: New York for a three- to six-month training period, followed by relocation throughout the United States for two to three years of portfolio company assignments.

Salary: $155,000 annual base salary, plus discretionary bonuses and potential equity or other incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Complete structured training in financial modeling, valuation, financial statement analysis, performance reporting, IPO readiness, Excel, PowerPoint, Capital IQ, and internal systems.
• Complete at least two portfolio company rotations, generally lasting twelve to fifteen months each.
• Support FP&A, corporate development, IPO preparation, risk management, merger integration, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Partner with portfolio company management and collaborate with hirify.global Finance, Deal, and Asset Management professionals.
• Represent hirify.global in portfolio company environments while managing priorities and delivering high-quality work.

Requirements

• Willingness to relocate throughout the United States based on business and portfolio company needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a quantitative discipline, preferably with a strong academic record.
• At least two years of experience in FP&A, deal advisory, consulting, corporate development or strategy, corporate rotational programs, or corporate banking.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in dynamic and ambiguous environments, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with limited oversight.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong attention to detail and collaborative skills.
