Sr. Coordinator, Dealer Services (Automotive)

Location: hirify.global Home Office, Richmond, Virginia; onsite 4 days per week

Salary: $43,300–$60,600 annually, with possible bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Distribute and balance workloads across a team of 10–20 associates.
• Act as the team’s technical subject-matter expert and resolve escalated customer issues.
• Review work quality, provide feedback, and improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze performance data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders while resolving dealer issues.
• Support training, coach new hires, and facilitate project meetings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of hirify.global Auction Services experience; 1–2 years preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite at the Richmond, Virginia, home office 4 days per week.
