Senior Partner Solutions Engineer (AI Infrastructure)

Location: United States; travel to strategic customer and partner locations across the United States is required as needed

hirify.global develops the VAST AI OS, an operating system for AI infrastructure, and extends it across partner and customer-selected hardware.

What you will do

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for EBox and other partner-based VAST deployments.
• Support Sales Engineers, partners, and customers throughout the sales cycle and act as an escalation point for complex solutions.
• Size and architect infrastructure based on workloads, performance objectives, capacity requirements, and infrastructure constraints.
• Define performance, scalability, resiliency, and operational expectations across supported hardware configurations.
• Guide readiness validation, deployment planning, custom installation plans, and strategic platform customizations.
• Coordinate troubleshooting across hardware, networking, firmware, configuration, and VAST software while turning field experience into product and process improvements.

Requirements

• Exceptional technical depth across enterprise infrastructure, including hardware, networking, and distributed software.
• Hands-on experience deploying, tuning, and troubleshooting complex infrastructure in production data centers.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise storage, distributed systems, software-defined infrastructure, server architecture, and networking.
• Ability to translate workload requirements into infrastructure sizing, architecture, and realistic performance expectations.
• Experience evaluating hardware and configuration changes across performance, reliability, supportability, and operations.
• Background in sales engineering, field engineering, professional services, implementation, support engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.

• Experience with OEM server platforms and/or enterprise storage technologies.
