Capital Markets Associate Director - Sales (Fixed Income)

What you will do

• Lead complex sales activities for fixed-income products and transactions.
• Manage and develop client and investor relationships while delivering tailored capital markets solutions.
• Work with relationship managers, investment bankers, traders, and internal partners on product marketing and delivery.
• Coordinate product structuring, distribution, and other sales strategies to generate new business.
• Monitor market developments, deal flow, regulatory requirements, and compliance obligations.
• Coach other team members and support customer-focused, risk-aware decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with client relationship building, investments, financial analysis, trading, and corporate finance.
• Strong communication, decision-making, prioritization, and financial engineering skills.
• Fixed Income licensing: SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 within 120 days of employment.
