Location: Onsite in Goshen, Indiana, United States

Salary: $112,000–$197,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone or complex-structure compensation.

What you will do

• Provide patient care by processing and dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and delivering pharmacy programs.
• Manage pharmacy operations, including prescription verification, counseling, insurance issues, HIPAA compliance, quality assurance, and standard operating procedures.
• Lead associates through hiring, training, mentoring, scheduling, performance feedback, recognition, and development.
• Manage pharmacy inventory flow, merchandise presentation, ordering, pricing, and stock levels.
• Manage budgets and financial performance while analyzing financial data, operating expenses, and market trends.
• Implement patient safety, compliance, loss prevention, and corrective-action initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or an equivalent FPGEC qualification from NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work at the Goshen, Indiana pharmacy location.
