Quality Engineering & DOA Monitoring Lead (m/f) (Aerospace)

hirify.global is establishing a Commercial Aircraft Engineering Centre in Poland focused on propulsion systems and broader engineering activities.

What you will do

• Deploy, standardize, and audit engineering processes for the Kraków Engineering Center.
• Translate global engineering procedures into local work instructions and ensure alignment with hirify.global methods and systems.
• Conduct independent monitoring and internal audits of design activities against EASA Part 21J and hirify.global CS-25 DOA requirements.
• Verify drawings, stress reports, test plans, and other engineering deliverables before final signatory approval.
• Support the qualification, tracking, and evaluation of Compliance Verification Engineers and authorized signatories.
• Lead root-cause investigations, KPI reporting, continuous improvement, export-control checks, and Technology Control Plan enforcement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Process Assurance, or Airworthiness within the aerospace industry.
• Deep knowledge of EASA Part 21 Subpart J, DOA regulations, and hirify.global CS-25 certification frameworks.
• Strong working knowledge of EU Dual-Use export control regulations; familiarity with ITAR/EAR is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work at the Krakow Engineering Center in Poland.

Nice to have

• Certified Lead Auditor qualification for aerospace standards such as EN/AS9100.
• Experience with US ITAR/EAR regulations.
