Location: Albacete, Spain, with availability for a three-year international secondment in Marignane, France.

hirify.global Helicopters España assembles and tests rear fuselages for the hirify.global Helicopters product range and develops Pre-FAL and FAL capabilities for future governmental programs.

What you will do

• Manage and report MCA pending and out-of-sequence works on site in the relevant final assembly line until aircraft delivery.
• Provide front-office technical support for non-conformity treatment and perform activities delegated by the Quality department.
• Act as the main interlocutor for a subcontracted service.
• Coordinate and prioritize activities according to customer needs.
• Collaborate with Operations teams across hirify.global Helicopters product lines in an international environment.

Requirements

• Strong experience in manufacturing, work scheduling, and team management.
• Customer-oriented approach and a problem-solving mindset.
• Communicative, rigorous, resourceful, proactive, and an effective team player.
• Diverse academic and non-academic background.
• Effective communication in French and Spanish is required.
• Availability for a three-year international secondment in Marignane, France.
