Supplier Quality Specialist (f/m) (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Deploy APQP deliverables, including FMEA, Key Characteristics, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC, with suppliers.
• Perform product and Quality Management System audits against EN9100, EASA, and hirify.global requirements.
• Lead root-cause analysis and resolve supplier non-conformities using 8D and 9S methodologies.
• Analyze supplier performance KPIs and operational quality data to define improvement, derisking, and recovery plans.
• Define and monitor supplier surveillance plans, identify industrial risks, and implement mitigation actions.

Requirements

• Professional experience in supply chain and quality, quality management, manufacturing engineering, or engineering.
• Technical proficiency in APQP methods, including FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, and Cp/Cpk.
• Experience as a product or QMS auditor or assessor for EN9100 and EASA regulations.
• Practical knowledge of 8D, PPS, Lean tools, VSM, and process improvement.
• Advanced English and negotiation-level French are required.
