Senior Manager, Process Excellence

What you will do

• Align process improvement initiatives with strategic business goals and lead long-term improvement strategies.
• Identify, prioritize, and drive process improvement initiatives across central operations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and maintain support for improvement programs.
• Use data analytics, process metrics, and KPIs to measure performance and report outcomes to senior management.
• Own products and systems end to end, from ideation through rollout, and align product strategy with business needs.
• Develop and present business cases to Directors and C-level stakeholders and provide product and system advice.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in operations strategy or process excellence within logistics or technology companies.
• At least 3 years of experience leading a team.
• Advanced project management knowledge and experience managing complex projects.
• Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Bachelor’s degree from a leading university, strong analytical thinking, and a record of improving efficiency and creating scalable processes.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
