News Media Desk Coordinator (Broadcast Media)

What you will do

• Copy metadata from iNews rundowns into the PAM archival system.
• Ingest video codes for the editing process and create AVID Media Composer sequences for consolidation.
• Add accurate metadata to all video content for future retrieval across Network News shows.
• Provide creative input and assist producers with show content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Broadcast Communications.
• Written and oral bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
• Service orientation, attention to detail, accurate decision-making, and clear communication.
• Working knowledge of current events.

Nice to have

• Basic video editing experience with AVID Media Composer.
• Metadata entry experience in AVID Media Composer.
• Prior experience with iNews.
