What you will do

• Research industries, markets, customers, and business challenges using primary and secondary research.
• Analyze data, interviews, and market scans to develop insights, hypotheses, and strategic points of view.
• Contribute to growth, brand, transformation, platform, and market-entry projects across multidisciplinary teams.
• Create persuasive presentations, frameworks, and storytelling for internal leaders and clients.
• Use traditional consulting research and analysis alongside AI tools to improve synthesis and problem-solving.
• Support proposals, office initiatives, social events, thought leadership, and broader firm growth.

Requirements

• Rising senior pursuing a BA or BS degree with demonstrated academic performance; Business, Economics, or Management preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, creative thinking, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with AI tools for research, synthesis, and building, with curiosity to explore new tools.
• Business acumen and interest in understanding how companies grow and transform, including brand, digital, and marketing strategy.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, adapt to changing client and project circumstances, test new approaches, and challenge assumptions.
• Must be able to work in the Austin internship office and cannot require sponsorship now or in the future.
