PEFS Senior Associate

What you will do

• Prepare and review daily journal entries and cash reporting, identifying discrepancies for management.
• Support quarterly and annual reporting packages and financial statements, including variance analysis.
• Prepare and review capital call and distribution calculations and notices.
• Draft investor correspondence, respond to inquiries, and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain accurate information in client investor portals and manage assigned projects with minimal supervision.
• Guide junior associates on processes and technical matters when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA license or progress toward a CPA is preferred.
• At least three years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Investran or a similar accounting system and strong Excel skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Availability for occasional travel of up to 5% to support business and client needs.
