What you will do

• Perform body repairs including masking, sanding, and grinding.
• Apply primer and refinish painted surfaces to hirify.global quality standards.
• Remove and replace parts to preserve cosmetic and structural integrity.
• Repair plastic and substrate damage.
• Complete post-paint refinishing and defect correction.
• Maintain specialized equipment, follow environmental health and safety requirements, and keep the work area clean.

Requirements

• Complete required new associate orientation and hirify.global operations training.
• Meet performance standards for Cosmetic Reconditioning Associate II and Flow Inventory Associate II duties.
• Achieve workstation certifications for Cosmetic Reconditioning Associate II, Flow Inventory Associate II, and Senior Reconditioning Associate.
• Read, interpret, and transcribe data accurately while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Use hirify.global-provided respiratory protection and remain clean-shaven to use a half-face respirator.
