What you will do

• Estimate commercial door, frame, and hardware projects from initial pricing through final installation.
• Read architectural plans and specifications to prepare accurate estimates and details.
• Detail hardware, hollow metal doors, and wood doors.
• Manage purchasing and coordinate with customers and vendors.
• Support end-user and aftermarket sales while developing new business and growing existing accounts.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of commercial door, frame, and hardware industry experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of the commercial door, frame, and hardware industry.
• Proficiency in reading architectural plans and specifications.
• Experience with Division 10 and detailing hardware, hollow metal, or wood doors.
• Good PC skills, customer service and technical skills, and the ability to manage projects.
• Team-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Nice to have

• AHC or CDC certification.
• Experience with Avaware or other door and hardware scheduling software.
