What you will do

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, audits, receipt and shipment verification, and Oracle/Ultriva corrections.
• Support material analysts and assembly-line operations with material handling, storage transfers, and product identification.
• Maintain spreadsheets tracking Rotor/Shaft assemblies and their daily line usage.
• Prepare for inventories by scanning assemblies, identifying obsolete items, and organizing counting areas.
• File documents, research receipts, maintain archived materials, and perform maintenance in Live Load, Oracle, and related platforms.
• Operate forklifts and pallet-moving equipment safely while maintaining clean and orderly work areas.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates requiring current or future sponsorship are not eligible.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a company forklift operator license.
• Ability to complete Oracle MSCA scanner training and demonstrate proper scanner usage.
• Above-basic computer skills, including Excel, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work overtime and contribute effectively in a team environment.
