Member Service Representative (Full-Time) - Evans Mills (Banking)

Location: Evans Mills, New York, United States (on-site). The role may require working at or permanently transferring to neighboring branches within a reasonable commuting distance. Hours are Monday through Saturday based on business needs.

Salary: $20.82–$24.19 per hour

What you will do

• Provide counseling on available banking products and services.
• Assist with opening and maintaining deposit accounts, loans, and other financial products.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and service requests.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine transactions.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments properly and securely.
• Educate members about additional products while complying with federal and institutional regulations.
