Call Center Supervisor

Location: Onsite in Laval, Quebec, Canada

American Iron & Metal operates metal recycling facilities, while its Kenny U-Pull division recycles used vehicles across several Canadian provinces.

What you will do

• Supervise call center agents and ensure performance meets established standards and objectives.
• Set team goals, communicate expectations, and monitor team effectiveness.
• Coach, mentor, and provide regular feedback while assessing training needs.
• Monitor live and recorded calls to maintain quality standards.
• Plan work schedules and prepare reports for management.
• Identify process improvements and support complex operational situations.

Requirements

• Fluency in both French and English is required.
• Three years of experience in a similar role.
• Two years of experience managing personnel in a target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of call center systems and technology is preferred.
