Customer Service Intern

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, product availability, pricing, returns, and warranty inquiries.
• Process customer orders accurately using SAP.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Warehousing, and Logistics to support on-time order fulfillment.
• Track and communicate order statuses, backorders, shipment updates, and delivery schedules.
• Investigate and resolve complaints, product issues, pricing discrepancies, and service concerns.
• Manage customer returns, credits, warranty claims, and escalations.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Based at the Canadian head office in Mississauga, Ontario.
