Accounting/Finance Intern - Summer 2027

Location: Hybrid opportunities in Appleton, Wisconsin, and Minneapolis, Minnesota; ability to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship required

Salary: $25.00–$27.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support financial needs for assigned divisions through reconciliations, journal entry preparation, financial analysis, and project work.
• Build insights into financial processes, systems, trends, and results for management decision-making.
• Assist with the month-end close process and prepare account reconciliations.
• Prepare materials for audits and support updates and reviews of internal financial controls.
• Review business systems, processes, data, and user needs, recommending solutions and implementing operational improvements.
• Collaborate with business partners and internal stakeholders while communicating process changes.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate junior pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance, graduating in December 2026 or May 2027.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher and a history of strong academic performance.
• Understanding of financial statements and their components.
• Strong analytical, problem-identification, organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in the United States for an indefinite period without sponsorship.
