Location: Scotch Plains, New Jersey, United States; onsite branch work with schedules that can include weekends and evenings

Salary: $60,000–$102,500 USD annual base pay

What you will do

• Direct branch performance, sales targets, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop sales strategies, manage prospect and customer pipelines, and deepen customer relationships through consultative conversations.
• Lead, coach, hire, retain, and develop branch employees while managing schedules and performance expectations.
• Use digital technologies and self-service platforms to improve customer interactions and business outcomes.
• Analyze branch performance data, resolve escalated customer issues, and improve operational results.
• Manage branch risk and compliance while ensuring adherence to company policies and banking regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• At least 3 years of successful retail bank sales management or related bank operations experience, or 5 years of retail sales management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience selling products or services in an incentive-based environment.
• Proven sales leadership, relationship-building, customer service, coaching, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of company policy, compliance regulations, risk management, and loss prevention.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar position.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• At least 12 months of relevant hirify.global experience with the required internal performance endorsements.
