Senior IT Project Manager – Salesforce Transformation in Pharma

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce transformation projects, including org simplification, system consolidation, and platform optimization.
• Manage Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and drive application landscape rationalization.
• Enhance digital communication platforms and related business capabilities.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate Business, IT, Salesforce, Architecture, and external vendor teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, governance meetings, status reporting, and executive communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing enterprise IT projects, preferably in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
• Experience delivering Salesforce CRM implementations, enhancements, or transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of Salesforce multi-org architectures, integration patterns, and system simplification methodologies.
• Experience with third-party system integrations, application rationalization, stakeholder management, governance, and risk management.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
