Feature Integration Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Oversee the definition, delivery, and sign-off of software feature content for a vehicle programme.
• Align customer experience offerings with Marketing, Programme Management, Vehicle teams, and technical domains.
• Coordinate feature design specification development and assess readiness for deployment and testing through launch.
• Work with feature owners to consolidate risks, plans, and maturity status.
• Organise feature demonstrations to assess the customer experience and provide consolidated reporting.

Requirements

• Good understanding of software and feature integration and systems engineering principles.
• Experience planning and integrating complex electrical and software systems in automotive or a similar discipline.
• Experience leading engineering product delivery using project management techniques.
• Ability to interpret technical data and apply business judgement for decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
• Relevant degree, equivalent qualification, or relevant experience.
