Warehouse Representative - Ottawa

Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada; onsite warehouse and delivery work

Salary: $45,000–$55,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Receive, verify, track, organize, and distribute incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Control inventory and perform cycle counts for boxes, materials, supplies, and stock.
• Pack shipments, prepare materials for delivery, and ensure loads are secure and protected from the elements.
• Operate vehicles to transport materials and parts to job sites and branches.
• Maintain delivery paperwork, communications, vehicle inspection records, safety equipment, and supplies.
• Load and unload equipment and materials while following health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Valid Class 5 driver's licence and a clean driving record.
• At least one year of related warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Effective communication, collaboration, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow safe operating procedures and comply with health and safety legislation.
