Distribution Centre Team Associate - Transportation Operations (Walmart Distribution)

Location: Onsite at 1501 Industrial PK Dr, Cornwall, Ontario, Canada. Sunday to Thursday nights, 23:00–07:00, with Friday morning ending at 07:00.

Salary: From $25.34 CAD/hour.

What you will do

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to and from the distribution centre.
• Verify receiving documentation and maintain accurate spreadsheets, reports, logs, and forms.
• Complete driver inbound paperwork and proof-of-delivery documentation to support quick turnaround.
• Monitor outbound loads through carrier management and FourKites, implementing recovery options when store service is at risk.
• Coordinate freight issues with Logistics Store Support and relevant departments for timely resolution.
• Create daily load plans and execute holiday planning to improve on-time performance, efficiency, and cost control.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Familiarity with characteristics of problem freight.
• Availability for the specified Sunday-to-Thursday night schedule.
• Ability to work onsite at the Cornwall distribution centre.
