What you will do

• Work hands-on within a multidisciplinary DevOps team as a Data Engineering and Data Warehousing specialist.
• Contribute to technical solutions, engineering standards, technical vision, and ways of working.
• Coach developers and chapter members in technical craftsmanship and professional development.
• Support performance, growth, recruitment, onboarding, and performance-cycle processes.
• Provide constructive feedback and build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Encourage knowledge sharing through collaboration, communities, and events.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or a closely related technical domain.
• Hands-on experience with a relevant part of the Microsoft BI and Data Engineering stack.
• Experience working in a DevOps and/or Agile environment.
• Relevant expertise in several of: SQL, Python, Microsoft BI, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI, Azure, Git, CI/CD, Data Warehouse concepts, and Kimball methodology.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management, coaching, mentoring, and constructive-feedback skills.
• Proactive mindset, continuous-improvement focus, and ambition to develop as a people leader.
