TL;DR

What you will do
- Develop, support, and enhance software solutions, microservices, and automation capabilities.
- Deliver assigned engineering work end-to-end under the guidance of senior engineers and technical leads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on projects and service delivery.
- Participate in code reviews, planning, knowledge sharing, and Agile development activities.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and service issues.
- Support incident, major incident, problem, and change management, as well as documentation and process improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of professional experience in software development and application support.
- Hands-on experience with Java, OpenJDK 17, J2EE, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience developing microservices with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Data.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP Web Services, SQL and NoSQL databases, and Apache Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
- Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI and understanding of software development lifecycle, version control, testing, and debugging.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and learning skills.
Nice to have
- Experience or certification in AI and machine learning.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Amazon Kiro.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, observability, and monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of telecom processes, OSS/BSS systems, and service management practices.
- Technical community contributions, personal projects, hackathons, or open-source work.
