Tech Lead Global Data & Analytics Platform (Data & Analytics)

Location: Hybrid, Utrecht, Netherlands

Salary: €7,556–€10,794 gross per month for a 36-hour work week

What you will do

• Lead multiple teams working on the organisation-wide Global Data & Analytics Platform.
• Align priorities, roadmaps, and team contributions with organisational objectives alongside the Product Owner and Solution Architect.
• Increase team autonomy so teams can deliver value faster and more predictably.
• Clarify complex issues and translate them into achievable technical and organisational improvements.
• Guide teams through organisational and technical transitions while maintaining engagement.
• Build a strong engineering culture focused on learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in comparable leadership roles within complex IT environments.
• Experience managing approximately 30–50 employees and working with DevOps teams.
• Knowledge of scaled agile methods, complex data environments, software development, and technology management.
• Demonstrated success developing autonomous, high-performing teams and guiding them through organisational or technical transitions.
• Affinity with digitalisation and cloud technology.
• Business-level English is required. A decisive, coaching-oriented approach and the ability to balance interests and risks in a culturally diverse environment are also required.
