DevOps / Data Engineer (Azure, Databricks, Airflow)

What you will do

• Configure, optimize, and improve IT Service Management platform capabilities using ITIL processes, business rules, and Configuration Management requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain data integrations, ETL processes, and scalable data pipelines with Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and Apache Airflow.
• Implement ITSM data objects and Configuration Management rules within cloud-based data platforms.
• Support Power BI Services, dataflows, workspaces, and related data services.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Process Owners, Service Owners, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide platform consultancy, maintain documentation, improve the end-user experience, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Airflow, Microsoft Azure, data integration, ETL, and data pipeline development.
• Good understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL principles.
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Service Manager, Halo, or similar.
• Knowledge of Configuration Management and CMS concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing technical or business rules within data platforms.
• Knowledge of Power BI Services, REST APIs, and SQL.
• Enterprise or financial services experience.
