Human Resource Generalist

Location: Remote - United States; travel required up to 15%

Salary: $72,000–$85,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Partner with employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Advise managers on performance issues, corrective action plans, involuntary terminations, and employee relations matters.
• Create and facilitate training for managers and employees.
• Support job description development, compensation analysis, promotions, and staff changes.
• Assist with EEOC, DOL, OSHA, safety, and other employment-related claims and programs.
• Oversee HR data and headcount documentation for a workforce of more than 500 employees.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
• At least 1 year of experience with employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal HR regulations.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work, produce accurate and timely results, and work with minimal supervision.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with compensation analysis and job descriptions.
• Experience with Oracle HRIS.
