L&D Delivery Specialist (Networking)

Location: Remote/Teleworker; primarily work from home. Support Asia Pacific time zones, with occasional global delivery. Travel required as needed, up to 50%.

What you will do

• Deliver technical training to customers, partners, and employees in classroom, virtual, and event settings.
• Teach HPE Networking topics including campus access, switching, cloud-based network management, security, and SD-WAN.
• Manage the full training delivery cycle, including needs consultation, session scoping, tailoring, beta delivery, certification workshops, and exam proctoring.
• Track emerging networking technologies and help prepare new courses for launch.
• Provide learner and classroom feedback to course development teams.
• Represent HPE Networking Education Services with technical depth, professionalism, and a customer-success mindset.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical training, pre-sales, consulting, or networking implementation and support.
• Strong wireless networking experience and knowledge of switching, security, and cloud-based network management.
• HPE Aruba Networking Certified Professional – Campus Access certification, plus one or more of ACP-S, ACP-NS, or APC-Central.
• Hands-on knowledge of AOS-10, AOS-CX, HPE Aruba Networking ClearPass, HPE Aruba Networking Central, and SD-WAN.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills, including experience with virtual presentation and collaboration tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience; fluent English communication required.

Nice to have

• Expert-level HPE Aruba Networking certification.
• Prior course delivery, courseware development, or technical enablement experience.
