Senior Delivery Manager (iGaming)

Software development organization delivering products for the iGaming industry.

What you will do

• Lead Backend, Frontend, and QA/AQA teams as a servant-leader and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Own end-to-end feature delivery against the approved roadmap, including scope, dependencies, risks, and commitments.
• Coordinate multiple development teams, remove impediments, and resolve delivery issues during sprints.
• Improve Agile delivery frameworks, documentation, process automation, and cross-team collaboration.
• Manage team composition, workload, performance reviews, feedback, 1:1s, vacation planning, and performance improvement plans.
• Prepare weekly, sprint, and monthly reports covering progress, blockers, risks, quality, capacity, costs, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project or Delivery Manager in the IT industry across multiple organizations.
• Experience managing multiple teams of 10+ members.
• Strong communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, adaptability, and uncertainty-management skills.
• Proficiency in Jira Plans, eazyBI, BigPicture, and Confluence.
• English at B2+ level and strong command of Russian are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in the gambling industry or product-focused companies.
• Prior software development experience.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile certification.
