Data & AI Solutions Consultant (Python): Building production-grade applications, APIs, data pipelines, and AI-driven solutions for commercial decision-making and operational automation with an accent on backend engineering, LLM integration, and scalable data architecture. Focus on developing full-stack solutions, implementing RAG and agentic workflows, integrating enterprise platforms, and deploying production-ready applications.
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Salary: zł142,100.00–zł263,800.00 annualized base pay

What you will do
- Develop end-to-end applications spanning data ingestion, backend services, APIs, and user-facing products.
- Build and maintain production-ready software, taking assigned workstreams from prototyping through deployment and support.
- Design and integrate AI-powered applications, including LLM solutions, agentic workflows, and automation tools.
- Develop data pipelines, semantic models, and supporting data assets.
- Integrate systems through APIs and enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with Commercial Operations and Sales teams to deliver practical data and AI solutions.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, analytics engineering, or technical consulting.
- Hands-on experience building full-stack applications with backend, API, and frontend components.
- Strong Python and SQL skills, including FastAPI or similar frameworks and SQL Server/T-SQL.
- Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, SSO, Git, code reviews, and branching strategies.
- Experience integrating AI services such as OpenAI, Azure AI, or Anthropic, including RAG, agent-based solutions, and structured AI workflows.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Nice to have
- React and TypeScript experience.
- Advanced Power BI, data modelling, DAX, and dashboard performance optimization.
- Experience with lakehouse or data warehouse architectures, ETL/ELT pipelines, and Azure, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or Databricks.
- CI/CD, infrastructure as code, MLOps, model deployment, or monitoring experience.
- Experience with life sciences or healthcare data.
