TL;DR
Data Engineer with AI (Python/ETL/MCP): Building reusable data-ingestion tools, scalable pipelines, Autodesk platform integrations, and AI-enabled workflows for customer-facing technical advisory engagements with an accent on cloud data engineering, APIs, and model-derived data. Focus on prototyping MCP servers and LLM integrations, validating ambiguous requirements, and turning technical experiments into repeatable consulting accelerators.

What you will do
- Design and build reusable ETL tools, data-ingestion workflows, scalable pipelines, and integration solutions for customer engagements.
- Develop integrations with platforms, APIs, engineering data sources, and model-derived data.
- Prototype MCP servers, API wrappers, and AI-enabled workflows that allow agents and LLMs to query, validate, transform, and reason over customer data.
- Support feasibility studies, demonstrations, pilots, proof-of-concept projects, and system-readiness validation.
- Translate ambiguous customer requirements into technical options, implementation plans, working prototypes, and reusable accelerators.
- Document solutions, risks, assumptions, configuration guidance, and implementation patterns for customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- Strong command of Polish, written and spoken, is required.
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or technical implementation involving cloud infrastructure, ETL, APIs, or platform integrations.
- Hands-on Python development, strong SQL, data modeling, and experience with analytical data warehouses such as Snowflake.
- Experience designing ETL or ELT workflows, including extraction, transformation, validation, mapping, and loading.
- Experience with APIs, authentication flows, system integrations, production data workloads, and technical documentation.
- Ability to analyze ambiguous requirements, identify risks, build prototypes, and communicate technical findings in consulting-style environments.
Nice to have
- Experience building reusable consulting tools and accelerators.
- Experience with desktop or lightweight web applications, UI, authentication, and file-processing workflows.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, Terraform, cloud services, serverless technologies, DBT, or shell scripting.
- REST API design and implementation experience.
- Experience with AI, MCP concepts, agents, conversational interfaces, or APIs.
