Quality Monitoring Feedback Associate - Localisation - Norwegian (CL13)

Location: Hybrid in Dublin 3, Ireland; working hours are generally 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with flexibility potentially required in the future.

What you will do

• Plan and execute manual test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across web and mobile applications.
• Log, track, retest, escalate, and support the timely resolution of defects and technical issues.
• Document test results and communicate issues and updates clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development, product, and support teams to understand requirements and support timely delivery.
• Analyze and review user profiles, audio, video, and text-based content, including potentially sensitive material.

Requirements

• Professional German proficiency is required.
• Norwegian at C2 level and English at C1 level are required.
• High school diploma, GED, or any graduation qualification.
• Zero to one year of experience.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with resilience and coping skills for potentially sensitive content.
