Localisation QA Engineer with German

Location: Onsite 5 days per week in Cork, Ireland

Salary: €42,000 per annum, pro rata

What you will do

• Perform localisation testing on software, print documents, help content, and hardware items.
• Report issues using internal tools, provide relevant information and suggestions, and follow solutions through completion.
• Analyse international functionality issues.
• Collaborate with international QA centres, engineering teams, translators, and project managers.
• Depending on experience, design and maintain manual test plans and automated test procedures.
• Code test automation and review software to identify automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Native-level German and deep knowledge of linguistics.
• Experience in software localisation or internationalisation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, flexibility across multiple projects, and effective teamwork.
• Ability to work onsite in Cork five days per week.
