Graduate QA Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland, with office attendance two days per week

What you will do

• Execute manual testing for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases across functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
• Test web applications, APIs, integrations, and multiple platform areas, including Gamification and Loyalty.
• Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, validate fixes, and document defects in Jira.
• Review product designs and specifications and provide QA feedback early in the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to performance testing and learn API and UI automation using modern testing tools.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Ability to attend the Dublin office on required in-office days.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, Agile methodologies, and core software testing concepts.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP methods, JSON, Git, and browser developer tools.
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge, preferably JavaScript.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Playwright, Postman, SQL, relational databases, CI/CD concepts, and Jira or similar issue-tracking tools.
