Location: Tonganoxie, Kansas, United States; on-site pipeline operations and site visits required

What you will do

• Support the Operations Department with daily activities and assigned projects.
• Shadow and assist experienced pipeline operators.
• Participate in weekly safety meetings and training sessions.
• Assist with housekeeping, painting, routine maintenance, and minor compressor maintenance.
• Support pipeline right-of-way maintenance, mowing, and observation of pig runs.
• Participate in additional operations activities and events as assigned.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old by the start of the summer internship and maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.75 after each completed semester or term.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be enrolled in a technical college associate-degree program or be a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Plan to pursue a career in Pipeline Operations.
• Hold a valid driver's license and be insurable under company policy.
