What you will do

• Drive commercial growth across an assigned field-based territory.
• Achieve or exceed sales objectives and strengthen product positioning.
• Build long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals.
• Represent ophthalmology products as trusted choices within the healthcare community.
• Manage customer relationships, networking, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of successful commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippines healthcare system and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools and Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint, Power BI, Outlook, and Excel.
• Fluent English and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
