Medical Representative (Insulin)

Location: Manila, Philippines; the role covers hospital accounts and requires a driving license, with a personal car eligible for an additional allowance.

What you will do

• Manage hospital accounts and engage pharmacists, doctors, and other key healthcare stakeholders.
• Drive hospital formulary inclusion for insulin and biosimilar products.
• Develop sales through the pharmacy dispensing channel.
• Explain product and service information to pharmacists and doctors.
• Meet assigned sales quotas and resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Handle rejection professionally and negotiate with healthcare stakeholders.

Requirements

• Relevant pharmaceutical and/or biosimilar medical sales experience.
• Experience in hospital account management and formulary inclusion.
• Experience with pharmacy dispensing sales and a record of meeting sales quotas.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and issue-resolution skills.
• High school specialist healthcare diploma required; a BSc or BA is a plus.
• A driving license is required; a personal car qualifies for an additional allowance.

Nice to have

• Experience in the cardiometabolic or diabetology therapy area.
• BSc or BA qualification.
