Senior Workday People Insights Analyst (Workday)

Location: Hybrid Flex in Durham, United States; at least two days per week in the office. Candidates outside the local area may be considered in states listed on the job posting, with onsite expectations discussed during the interview process.

Salary: $98,092–$156,947 per year, plus annual incentive bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and enhance Workday dashboards, reports, discovery boards, and related workforce data solutions.
• Translate HR COE, HRBP, and business stakeholder needs into reporting, dashboarding, and insights solutions.
• Consult on program measurement, data requirements, dashboard design, and recurring reporting support.
• Analyze workforce trends and answer stakeholder questions to support talent and program decisions.
• Maintain data accuracy, troubleshoot reporting issues, and promote consistent reporting definitions and practices.
• Enable stakeholder self-service and partner with HR Technology on standards, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree where required, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics and reporting.
• Expertise with Workday Prism, Report Writer, Composite Reports, Worksheets, Calculated Fields, Dashboards, and Discovery Boards.
• Knowledge of the Workday security framework, including security groups, domains, and reporting access considerations.
• Advanced data and visualization tools such as R or Tableau are strongly preferred.
