Data Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with three days per week onsite in the Framingham, Massachusetts office

Salary: $92,000–$130,000 base salary per year, plus eligibility for bonus or other variable compensation

What you will do

• Analyze customer data and become an expert in current data delivery workflows.
• Automate manual data requests and transform recurring analytical needs into scalable capabilities.
• Build production-grade data models, data products, dashboards, and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Develop and experiment with AI-assisted, conversational, and intelligent analytics experiences.
• Translate ambiguous stakeholder and customer needs into scalable analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams on data-driven problem-solving.

Requirements

• Proficiency in querying, analyzing, and visualizing large datasets using SQL and data visualization tools.
• Experience building production-grade data models.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and business intuition.
• Hands-on use of generative AI to analyze data, write code, automate workflows, or build new capabilities.
• Strong communication and project management skills with a collaborative approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt.
• Exposure to AI coding tools, AI-assisted analytics, or conversational analytics.
• Experience building or experimenting with AI-enabled tools, workflows, or projects.
• Experience creating dashboards, data products, or self-service capabilities that changed how people access and use data.
