Workforce Analytics Manager

Location: Remote within the United States; Santa Ana, California

Salary: $112,400–$149,800 annually

What you will do

• Lead the Workforce Analytics function and partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders on strategic workforce decisions.
• Develop forward-looking workforce insights, forecasts, scenario models, and recommendations using workforce, financial, operational, and market data.
• Build workforce planning frameworks and tools covering role requirements, capacity, capabilities, talent risks, internal pipelines, and future needs.
• Establish analytical methodologies, standards, best practices, and operating rhythms for workforce planning and decision support.
• Deliver executive-ready visualizations, recommendations, and data storytelling.
• Strengthen workforce analytics capabilities and evaluate emerging technologies that improve analytical efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7 or more years of progressively responsible experience in workforce analytics, people analytics, business analytics, finance, workforce planning, or a related analytical field.
• 3 or more years leading employees, complex projects, or strategic initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
• Experience applying forecasting, trend analysis, scenario modeling, workforce metrics, statistical analysis, and data visualization to business or workforce challenges.
• Strong communication, presentation, consulting, influencing, critical-thinking, and data storytelling skills, including the ability to work with sensitive employee information.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday reporting and analytics.
• Experience developing analytical frameworks, tools, or processes that improve workforce planning capabilities.
• Familiarity with workforce analytics platforms, HR information systems, and emerging analytical technologies.
