What you will do

• Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution across multiple departments.
• Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across teams.
• Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects.
• Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers.
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations, and country teams.
• Identify execution gaps and push teams to close them; own urgent business problems.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the UK with hybrid work from London office at least 3 days per week
• Strong English communication skills required (C1 level)
• High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline and structured thinking.
• Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable handling ambiguity, urgent problems, and shifting priorities.
• Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.
